Return Policy

Our easy policies for exchanges, refunds or returns are the best in the industry!

• If at any time, for any reason, you tell us you want to end the service, WE’LL STOP BILLING THE SAME DAY and there are NO CANCELLATION FEES!
• Just send an email to and we’ll stop any future billing.
• Finally, we will ask that you send the base unit back to us. If you don’t, we’ll charge your credit card for the cost of the equipment. If you want to return your equipment, please click here for directions on how to do that.
Our policy is simple! If you are not completely satisfied with WearGlam Inc, you may return your equipment and we will cease billing!

• WearGlam Inc provides you with a 15-day refund policy.
• The 15 days begins once you have received your emergency button system. If you are dissatisfied with the service, you may return the equipment to us within those 15 days to receive a refund. The day that we receive the unit is the day that we will officially close out your account and issue the refund.

• If you are dissatisfied with your pendant, or want to exchange it for another model, you may send it back within 15 days of receiving it and we will do an exchange. You will place an order for a new pendant, and once we receive back the old one we will refund the charge.

Directions on returning equipment:

The process:
1. Send an email to or call us at 872-235-9003.
• Type “Return” in subject line.
• Please type a brief description for the reason you are returning or exchanging our product.

2. A WearGlam Inc representative will contact you about your experience with WearGlam Inc.
Re-pack your equipment and return it to us via UPS. You will need to get the tracking number, and make sure that we have received your package.

3. Notes:.
• Please use original packaging if possible.
• You are responsible for packaging in a manner that ensures safe transport of equipment.
