Privacy Policy
WearGlam Inc accepts returns within a window of 15 days (for all items)
from the delivery date, provided they are eligible for return. No returns will
be accepted without WearGlam Inc permission provided by Customer Service. Items
returned without contacting customer service will not be entertained.
Only those returns
will be accepted that are intact and in their original packaging. Items should
not be used prior to return. All items must be checked for damages within 2-3
days from the delivery date.
Shipping cost will be refunded if the return is a result
of WearGlam
Inc error.

After item(s) is
returned, a refund process is completed within a week of the return date.
Please understand that this time period is for checking the items for damages
plus the time bank takes to process the refund. Customer service will notify
the customer once the refund has been issued. WearGlam Inc is not responsible
for lost packages once the package has been delivered to the given address. No
shipping refund is provided if the order is delayed by the delivery service.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and we ship our orders
on daily basis.
Authorized Returns may
be subject to a restocking fee of no more than fifteen percent (15%) of the
purchase price of the returned products. If the item is damaged or defective,
the company is responsible for full refund plus shipping charges.
Exchanges:
As we do not offer direct exchange, we ask customers to place a new order and
return the unwanted separately. Please email us for further guidance.
