Frequently Asked Questions

It is not necessary that you need to create an account to place an order. You can place an order as a guest. Creating an account helps you to keep record of your previous orders and get customer only discounts.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with tracking ID. You can then track your order on career’s website.

It takes 24-48 hours for tracking information to update on career’s website.

Orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS/DHL.

• If at any time, for any reason, you tell us you want to end the service, WE’LL STOP BILLING THE SAME DAY and there are NO CANCELLATION FEES!
• Just send an email to returns@wearglam.com and we’ll stop any future billing.
• Finally, we will ask that you send the base unit back to us. If you don’t, we’ll charge your credit card for the cost of the equipment. If you want to return your equipment, please click here for directions on how to do that.
Our policy is simple! If you are not completely satisfied with WearGlam Inc, you may return your equipment and we will cease billing!

Generally, it takes 1-2 business days for order delivery. However, in certain cases, it can take up to 7 business days for your products to arrive.
